Project Title

Silica gel is one of the most widely used desiccant materials, with applications across various industries for moisture control, equipment and product protection, and extended product shelf life. Given the broad demand for desiccant materials, establishing domestic silica gel production capacity can support reliable supply and contribute to the development of the local silicon-based materials industry.

This project was carried out for Exir Salamat Mahan to establish the infrastructure required for silica gel production. As part of the project, the production line was commissioned, and the necessary equipment and infrastructure were prepared and installed to initiate production.

The production line was developed with a focus on establishing a stable and scalable manufacturing process, enabling the production of silica gel in different forms, including flakes and granules. The established infrastructure provides a foundation for manufacturing products tailored to a range of industrial applications and requirements.
